CAIN & ABEL DIFFERENT FATHERs
First let me clarify that Cain and Abel were twins. Also, there are scriptural evidences that prove that Cain is not Adam’s biological son.
According to Genesis 4, Eve brought forth two sons in one conception.
Gen 4:1, "And Adam knew Eve his wife; and SHE CONCEIVED and "bare" Cain”. Vs.2, “And she "again bare" his brother Abel."
In these two verses, Eve conceived once, but she bore twice. There is no mention that Adam knew Eve a second time to bare Cain. This means they were twins.
The next time the bible says that Adam slept with Eve and she was impregnated, it was with Seth- Gen 4:25.
But let, let’s look at the statement of Cain in Chapter 4. Gen 4:14, “and it shall come to pass, that every one that findeth me shall slay me”. Everyone? Were there other people besides Adam, Eve and Cain? Yes. But the million dollars question is; why was Cain afraid that everyone who meets him would want to kill him? What was wrong with Cain that everyone who sees him would want to kill him?
It is because Cain had a feature that was not human-like because of his father.
Here is a pic sample from the movie "Splice" depicting what Cain most possibly looked like.

Even if I were to cross out this theory, another question stands out; why was Cain left out of the Genealogy of Adam in Genesis 5? Why his entire bloodline was not part of Adam's genealogy?
Both Cain and Abel were left out, but we can account for Abel. Abel could not be mention in the Genealogy of Adam because he was killed before he could bring forth a seed, therefore, Adam had no generation through Abel. This is understandable; but if Cain was Adam's son, he should have been mentioned in the bloodline of Adam.
Cain had a generation which started with Enoch in the land of Nod; [not the Enoch what walked with God and was not]. So why was he not mentioned? why was he left out?
Also, the Bible give another striking clue in Genesis 5:3. It says, “And Adam lived one hundred and thirty years and fathered a son in his own likeness, according to his image, and called his name Seth”
Seth is the third child. The first person the Bible says who was born in the image and likeness of Adam was Seth; and the Generation of Adam started with Seth, how could this be?
Why is Seth the first child said to be in Adam’s likeness and image?
Adam was created in the likeness and image of God. He was created to bring forth children in his likeness and image, yet, the record never claimed Cain and Abel as being in Adam’s likeness and image. In fact, Seth is the first child that is said to be in Adam’s likeness and image; and is the first offspring to open the generation of God seekers among men- (Gen 4:26).
Why is the bible allocating the likeness and image of Adam to Seth, but didn’t give that description to the Cain and Abel?
So, in whose likeness and image were Cain and Abel?
Again, we can account for Abel because he was cut off; he was erased from the record totally; but what about Cain?
God accepted Abel’s offering and rejected Cain’s offering, why? Also, Cain shared the same characteristic with the Devil; and it was clear who Cain was. 1 John 3:12, “Not as Cain, who was of that wicked one, and slew his brother”.
Cain was a murderer from the beginning of days - Genesis 4:8
The Devil was a murderer from the beginning of days – John 8:44.
In fact, Jesus made it clearer when he stated the “like father like son” theory and revealed the absence of discrepancy between the two.
Hence, we can truly say that Genesis 4:8 and John 8:44 are intertwined into each other concerning Cain and the Beast.
John 8:44, “You are of your father the devil, and you want to do the desires of your father. He was a murderer from the beginning and does not stand in the truth”,
CAIN- OFFSPRING OF THE SERPENT
All scriptural evidences are pointing us to one thing; Cain and Abel were in the same womb; but Cain had a different biological father.
Is that possible? Yes! In Medical science, this phenomenon is called “Heteropaternal Superfecundation”.
It is possible for twins to have different fathers which occurs when two of a woman's eggs are fertilized by sperm cells from two different men.
This was the case of Eve. This is why Cain was called the seed of the Wicked one.
It is evidence that Eve had desire for someone other than her husband in Genesis 3, and had sexual intercourse with this person. There was only one creature that walked upright as a Human Being, and this is the Serpent.
Gen 3:16, “And he said to the woman, I will increase your trouble in pregnancy and your pain in giving birth. In spite of this, you will still have desire for your husband, yet you will be subject to him."
If God is speaking of the judgement of Eve because of her sin, why is her desire for her husband is being brought up?
God is saying, in-spite of all what happened, she will still have desire for her husband. And to concrete the entire outcome, God had to put enmity between she and that Serpent by all means- they were never to see each other again. 1 John 3:12 clearly says who Cain belonged to.
(A source said in Jewish tradition, Philo, Pirke De-Rabbi Eliezer and the Targum Pseudo-Jonathan asserted that Adam was not the father of Cain).
