EXPLAINING DIFFERENCE BETWEEN YOUR MINISTRY, YOUR GIFTS
AND CALLING
I want to explain the distinction between your “Calling”, your “Gift” and your “Ministry”, but first, let me explain the angelic operations in gifts among the church.
There is one God, yet three divine manifestations for salvation. Each manifestation has a ministry of Gifts: The Gifts of the Father: which are the gifts of operations, and Ministrations.
The Gifts of the Son: these are the Gifts of administration; the 5 Offices mentioned in Ephesians 4:11.
WHAT IS YOUR CALLING - is what you were born to do for [with] God, it is your God-given mission on the Earth.
Some people may have a “Calling”; [with one or more of the five Offices of Eph 4:11 [Gifts of the Son], along with one or more gift of the Spirit, and/or gift of the Father], or the person could have a calling to only function with the spiritual gift/gifts of the Holy Spirit and/or the Father. 1Co 12:28 And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues.
A person’s calling may even be outside of these ministries, such as Judas, whose calling was to be the means by which Jesus would die, and Pharaoh whose calling was to magnify the God of Israel throughout the Earth.
YOUR GIFT- is a potential or enablement to do something supernatural by divine empowerment.
Not everyone has a ministry of Son, but all Christians have at least one gift of the Holy Spirit- 1Co 12:11, “But it is one and the same Spirit…, he gives a different gift to each person”.
The Gifts of the Holy Spirit: are the gifts of virtue diversity.
1Co 12:4-6, “Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. And there are differences of administrations, but the same Lord. And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all”.
The Gifts of the Son are Offices but the Gifts of the Spirit and Father are abilities to work within and with the Offices of the Son.
There are other gifts that are not mentioned in New Testament such as the 6 gifts in Daniel 5:12, “Forasmuch as an excellent spirit, and knowledge, and understanding, interpreting of dreams, and shewing of hard sentences, and dissolving of doubts, were found in the same Daniel.”
Daniel had the Gift of Knowledge [written in Corinthians], the Gift of Understanding, the Gift of Interpretation of Dreams, the Gift of Mysteries, (which is hard sentences), and the Gift of Dissolving of doubts .
YOUR MINISTRY - is your general service that you give to meet the needs of others by using a spiritual gift or any other godly function, [Rom 15:25; 2Co 8:4]. In general, it means whatever ecclesiastical work that is done in whatever capacity. Whoever is actively working within the body of Christ is a minister. Take note: whatever ministry you are in it should be God-led; however, some do ministry, and it was not led by the Spirit. Also, a person may be in ministry, but it does not necessarily mean that this ministry is the person’s gift or calling.
Many people have not fully understood the operations of God and has confused what is a ministry and gift.
A minister should not say that his ministry is deliverance or casting out demons or healing etc. Casting out Demons and Deliverance and healing are not personal callings, but they are gifts, graces and signs that follow Christians.
People who claim ministry of deliverance or healing are ignorant of truth, For God never called us to do Deliverance and healing , instead, he called us to preach the Gospel, and as we preach, signs like deliverance, healings and word of knowledge etc. will follow.
Jeremiah was called to be a Prophet - Jeremiah 1:5, "Before I formed you in the belly I knew you; and before you came forth out of the womb I sanctified you, and I ordained you a prophet unto the nations"; but his ministry was to intercede, uproot, breakdown, plant etc.
Healing can be done by every Christian who believes in Jesus, according to Jesus in Mark 15:18, “…they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.”
Healing is a sign that follows all those who serve God, but there is the actual Gifts of Healing that is given to certain servants.
All Christians should be speaking in tongues [unknown tongues]; but there are few upon whom the actual gift of Tongues [other tongues] is bestowed.
1Co 12:31, "But covet earnestly the best gifts: and yet shew I unto you a more excellent way."
1Co 14:1, "Follow after charity, and desire spiritual gifts, but rather that ye may prophesy."

HOW GIFTS OPERATE - ANGELS OF VIRTUES
In every church and in a Christian's individual life, there are specific Angels of virtues working to perform healings and miracles. A person with the gift of healing would be accompanied by an angel of healing, who would do the healings whenever that Christian prays for someone. The same goes for miracles and all other gifts.
When a Christian is anointed with gifts, these angels would pour holy Oils upon their heads, which would be an unction for spiritual function.
Every Gift of God is governed by specific Angels. E.g., Rapha-El [El is our Healer] is in charge of the Healing power of God on earth, while Barachi-El carries the blessings of God to the Saints, and Uri-El carries the light of God to the Saints.
Note; there are Angels who are direct representatives of God, e.g. The Bible says that God spoke to Moses in the Burning Bush and Moses spoke to God, (Exodus 3:2, Acts 7:35). But was it really God Himself who spoke to Moses? No! Moses did not speak to God in person; it was an Angel of God, (Exodus 3:4, Mark 12:26); an Angel of Fire who came to Moses in the Bush and spoke carrying the voice of God, see? Angels carry the powers of God for ministerial operations.
