DIFFERENCES BETWEEN FALLEN ANGELS
& DEMONS
Many people are asking questions regarding the origin of Demons or the difference between the fallen angels and the demons. Though some may believe they are the same beings but under different names; i.e. demons, devils, aliens etc., these assumptions are biblically inaccurate.
Let us examine the origin and differences from evidence found in Scriptures and other reliable sources.
First, we should not confuse the Fallen Angels with the Rebel Angels.
The Rebel Angels: Those who were in the rebellion in heaven- 1/3.
2 Peter 2:4 – “For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast [them] down to hell [Tartarus], and delivered [them] into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment;”
The Fallen Angels: Those who fell in sin through lust and bred hybrid creatures. These were bound immediately Jude 1:6-7 – “And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.”
Demons came from the sect of Fallen Angels before and after the flood.

BIBLICAL FACTS:
FALLEN ANGELS ARE BOUND
First scriptural evidence. We know that Demons are not Angels because most of the Fallen Angels and Rebel Angels were bound in in chains of hell after their demise according to 2 Peter 2:4 and Jude 1:6-7.
In Revelation 9:14, it also gives reference to four angels who are bound in the Euphrates River.
If the scriptures are true then the demons on the earth who terrorize, possess, and oppress humans and animals cannot be the fallen angels.
WERE NEVER CALLED SONS OF GOD
Secondly, we also know that Demons are not Angels due to the fact they were never call sons of God. Nowhere in scriptures were demons call sons of God, or stars. The term “sons of God” were only allocated to the angels, which mean, demons were never in heaven as sons of God.
Also, the Fallen and Rebel Angels were never called evil spirits in scriptures, yet demons are always called unclean spirits or evil spirits, or foul spirits by Jesus.
Nephilim = the giants- not to be confused with B'nai HaElohim = Sons of God – Angels
NEVER BEEN CALLED ANGEL
Thirdly, in the bible, there is no reference to Jesus or the men of God casting out an angel from someone. In every instance of deliverance, the spirits were called demons, evil spirits, foul or unclean spirits, not Angel.
Demons are opposed by saying, "(I) rebuke you and cast you out in Jesus name" but in scriptures, fallen angels are always dealt with by an Angel of God saying, "THE LORD" rebuke you! (Zechariah 3:2 and Jude 1:9). Take note that it says “The LORD”.
ANGELS NEVER POSSESSED HUMANS
Fourthly, Angels of God never seek to possess the body of human as it is of no interest to them. Demons on the other hand always seek to possess the bodies, whether humans or animals. This is because they once had one and lost it when they died, yet desire to operate in our realm in a certain manner; something they cannot do without a body.
When a person is under a spirit of alcohol, it means that the person has a demon that loves alcohol. [Remember they were once on the Earth as hybrid humans]. In order to indulge in alcohol, they need a body, and since they cannot get back their original body, they would occupy a human and use the human body to indulge.
We should take note that the good angels which came down to earth did not possess the bodies of servants of God, neither did the fallen angels entered the bodies of humans but took women and slept with them, bringing forth hybrid children, (Gen 5). After that, they were cast into the chains of Tartarus.
The Demons on the other hand went into their victim’s body, (Matt 8:16, 12:22, Mark 5:9) including the man of Gadarenes whose body they possessed and confessed to Jesus saying, “We are many”.
The legion of Demons begged Jesus if He cast them out of the man, He must send them into the body of the swines; they would rather settle for the swines’ body than be send into the pit without a body.
