RESTRAINING ORDERS
FROM THE COURT OF HEAVEN
FILING A LAWSUIT AGAINST YOUR ENEMIES IN HEAVEN'S COURT ROOM
I want to speak on Entering the Courts of Heaven for Restraining Orders against Premature Death, Generational set backs etc; and also finding Heavenly Judicial rulings to rule in your favour.
Many of us know God as Father and Provider, Healer etc, but many of us do not know him as High Judge.
In Heaven there are different Judicial platforms.
For Relationship He is Father; For Judicial Authority He is Judge; For Salvation and Moral Virtues i.e. faith, grace, pardon He is God and Savior. To your enemies He is an Enemy and to your Adversaries He is an Adversary.
Many people do not know that you can get a Court Order, Ruling and Judgement/Verdict concerning a situation in the Court Room of Heaven. There are some situations in the Christian's life that will only be solve by Judicial Power from the Court Room of Heaven.
CASE AGAINST DEMONIC SPIRITS
We must know In the Old Testament there are Icons that represents the root of Evil; people whose names are being remembered in history for their evil.
These became demonic religious Icon or Idols and entities of evil; I.e. "spirit of Jezebel", "spirit of Ahab", " spirit of Delilah", "spirit of Sanballat" and "spirit of Tobiah", "spirit of Nimrod," "spirit of Gog" and "spirit of Magog" etc...
These Evil souls became religious Icons, and lives on the Earth through the paradigm that impersonate their characteristics. This paradigm is the stronghold of their character, which is the mark of that spirit.
Many times, we are experiencing problems in our Finances, Health, Marriage and life; and many times, it is not our own fault.
Evil things that our Great Grand parents etc did, the Devil uses it to make a Case against us in the Court of Heaven.
If there is an Allegation, Accusation or Condemnation against us, either directly or through our ancestors, then we become vulnerable to the attacks of the gates of Hell.
In order to deal with Icon spirits, ancestral spirits etc., in many cases we MUST get a Restraining Order from the High Court of Heaven.
JUDICIAL RESTRAINING ORDER AGAINST PREMATURE DEATH
Remember I said, If God did not put a Restraining Order on Satan concerning Job, Satan would have killed Job? When God told Satan, "Do not touch his life"(Job 1:12), immediately a restraining Order was placed on Satan. This means, if Satan has the right to kill you, he will kill, unless God intervenes.
Not all Sins will allow Satan a right to kill you; because there is a Sin unto Death and a Sin NOT unto Death.
Because of God's Mercy, God is ready to rule things always in our favour; even when we messed up and the Devil had legal rights.
When there is a "Sin of the Parents" standing against us in Heaven as an Accusation, Allegation or Condemnation, God natural reaction by holiness is to remove the covering. HE is a God that…
When a restraining Order is placed against Death, that is cannot touch you, Death runs away from you.
Poison cannot kill you; Gun Shot cannot kill you; Explosion cannot kill you; sickness cannot kill you. If you die you will come back to life because there is a Court Order that tells Death, do not touch you.
If Death touched you, Death will be arrested and brought to the Courts of Heaven in chains of fire and prosecuted and judged/condemned.
If there is any sentence of Death against you, it must cease immediately. If there is a death warrant out for the termination of your life, the bounty hunters of Hell will be scattered.
Therefore, your life is speared to Serve God.
Note; when there are open doors, the enemy has right and will destroy us [sin is always a doorway]; but when we get a Restraining Order from the Court of Heaven, the enemies are restrained from touching us, and all what they have on us they must remove it.
This Order is given by the High Judge of the Universe, and is approved by the Holy Councils, Stamped with the Blood of the High Magistrate and Advocate-MASHIACHINU YAHUSHA. Aka "the Lamb of Almighty God".
The Holy Spirit possessed both judicial and executive powers.
If the enemy violates this Order, it will result in an Arrest Warrant and this spirit will be dealt with severely.
That is what that got Lucifer bound in chains today. The Devil made deals for people souls, but Lucifer was taking whether he had right or not, and God had to put a universal Restraining Order on him.

- Court of Accusation where the Devil comes to accuse the Saints

The "SPIRIT OF DELILAH" is a spirit that seeks out the source of the virtue of the power of your divine mandate and principles; that means the power source that keeps you in line with your Destiny.
There are many Books in Heaven:
“Book of Life" (Psalms 69:38, Rev 20:12);
“Book of Deeds" (Psalms 56:8, Rev 20:12);
but there is also the "Book of Destiny" mentioned in (Psalms 139:16, Psalms 40:7).
Her attack is against the Book of Destiny, to seeks out the Secret of your key of power in order to retard your God given destiny and ministry.
This spirit did the same thing with Sampson; she sought for the source of his power.
When she found it, she severs it and Sampson lost his power and eyesight.
When this spirit finds your Secret code, she breaks it if you are not careful. When that happens, the first thing you lose is your spiritual strength to fight demons, and eventually you lose your spiritual ability of sight.
Hence, we must put into practice the Scriptures…
Delilah and the army did not destroy Sampson because he told her his secret, No. They destroyed Sampson because he "HE FELL SLEEP"!!! He was not Sober and vigilant, therefore, Delilah got the opportunity to ruin his life.
1 Thessalonians 5:6, "Therefore, let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober".
1 Peter 5:8, "Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour."
Titus 2:6, "Young men likewise exhort to be sober minded"
The Delilah spirit tried this same trick with Job. Hell knew that Job's source of power was his integrity and righteousness.
Job 1:1, "...whose name was Job; and that man was perfect and upright",
Job 1:8, "...my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man".
Job 2:3, "that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man,"
What did this spirit do? She attacked his integrity [his restraining principle] in Job 2:9, "And his wife said to him, Do you still hold to your integrity? Curse God and die!"
But in Job 2:10, "But he said unto her, Thou speakest as one of the foolish women speaketh".
The enemy can have all information about us, but if we fall asleep in battle, there are repercussions
So, we must get that Restraining Order from the Court, so that this Spirit will have no authority to destroy us or our destiny; even if we have Open Doors in our lives.
This Divine Restraining Order is not for those who wants protection while they continue to live in their sinful ways, but it is for those who are fighting, but needs protection in order to win the battle.

Mammon is known as the treasurer of Hell. Destroys finances by inducing the love of Money.

The Genies [Jinn] are responsible for stealing and money transfer within the spirit realm.
RESTRAINING ORDER AGAINST THE SPIRIT OF PHYSICAL ENEMIES
This can be seen in Pro 16:7, "He maketh even his enemies to be at peace with him".
Even animals will have a restraining order against them that they cannot harm you- Job 5:23, "and the Beasts of the field shall be at peace with thee".
Just as the Court on Earth can issue a restraining Order for someone to not come withing a certain distance, so it is in the spirit realm.
DIVINE RESTRAINING ORDERS- DIVINE CAVEAT
God can even place Divine Caveats on your property that no one, nor the enemy would have jurisdiction to touch your property.
There are Divine Restraining Orders against Drugs, Sicknesses, Psychological.
DIVINE RESTRAINING ORDER FOR MARRIED PEOPLE
That is an area that people do not think the mercies of God extends, but it does. There is a Divorce Decree, to liberate those who were forced into marriage out of options, but not for love, but was tricked by the Devil in order to ruin the person’s destiny. Some marriages were organized by the Devil as an attack to destroy the person’s ministry.
In order to get a Divorce from Heaven, you must get a Court Order from the Court of Heaven. When God forgives you and sets you free from Heaven, you are free. He rules over earthly documents, but to Note, not all Earthly Marriages are recognized and sealed in Heaven. God only recognizes what He puts together. Mark 10:9, “What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder”.
Psalms 32:2, “Blessed is the one whom the LORD does not accuse of doing wrong and who is free from all deceit”.
But in all things, there must be a rendering of Verdicts, and all things must pass through a Court system first.
RESTRAINING ORDERS AGAINST SPIRITS THAT HINDERS FROM SEEKING GOD
Living in the glory daily is what God wants, however, in most cases for this to happen, there must be a restraining Order against Hell that they cannot hinder you, in order to gain uninterrupted access. That's why it is written:
Psa 65:4, “Blessed is the man whom thou choosest, and causest to approach unto thee, that he may dwell in thy courts: we shall be satisfied with the goodness of thy house, even of thy holy temple”.
Only God can give us access to his courts, even when we do not deserve it; this is mercy.
