LITERAL MANIFESTATIONS OF GOD'S ARMOUR
POSSESSING CELESTIAL ARMOUR
The Armour of God is a spiritual protection that fits on our spirit body the same way a physical armour would in the natural. This complete armour is made up of the virtues of the Holy Spirit, “Faith, Peace, Truth, Salvation, Righteousness, and the Word of God.” When we walk in the characteristics of God, it protects us from the lashes of darkness.
If the source of the power of our spiritual Armour is dependent upon the virtues “Faith, Peace, Truth, Salvation, Righteousness, and the Word of God, how then can we have the armour if we are not walking in the respective virtues.
Also, if we are walking in the respective virtues, there is no need to put on the armour daily; for the armour would already be activated upon us by default, by means of the present virtues.
We cannot take off and put on the armour when ever we chooses; it therefore must become our characteristics.
LITERAL MANIFESTATION OF THE ARMOUR
In spiritual warfare, the Armour of God can manifested itself in the spirit world as physical Armours do on the Roman soldiers.
When we have the virtues of the armour, though the defensive and offensive powers are automatic, yet we can call upon its literal manifestation when in war against spirits, especially human spirits.
Ask God to manifest the armour of God upon you so that the witch, satanist or demon can see it. The Christian may or may not be aware of it.
My spiritual mother got up one night and felt a helmet strapped to her head and face, and something upon her shoulders. Whenever she moved her head she would hear what sounds like metal clanging against each other. Though she never saw it physically, she heard and felt it physically.
You can ask God for the literal Shield and with that shield literally knock down a witch without having to physically touch the creature.
GIRDED WITH TRUTH
The gird of truth is a very important piece of the Armour. It is placed on the abdominal area for protection.
This is the piece of Armour that holds the breastplate in a stable place. This means, without truth, righteousness cannot be stable in your life. It is the piece of armour that also covers that stomach. Remember, the stomach is the place of digestion. When we walk in the truth, the belt of truth guards our spiritual stomach from digesting lies and deceptions. The bible says in Ephesians 4:14, “that we should not be no longer children toss to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting, but speaking the truth in love,”
It is evidence that we cannot walk in lies and falsehood and yet proclaim the Belt of Truth. Many people have been deceive into another Jesus and strange philosophies because they do not have the truth in their bellies. King David said in Psalms 51:6, “Behold, thou desirest truth in the inward parts:”
3John 1:4, “I have no greater joy than to hear that my children walk in truth.”
Bullet proof glasses are protections against bullets. If shot, the bullet will only bounce back, but take note that if the glass is shot twice in the same spot the bullet will definitely go through. Lies weaken our belt.
According to Revelation, one can tell a lie and one can make a lie. Make-believe, pretence, white lies, (half lies) jokes that are not true, are all lies. A humour is good and everyone laughs, but your protection is at stake because it is a lie and will caused a blemish in your Armour if not dealt with immediately. Paul in all his tribulation confessed that he walk in the truth. 2Corinthians 6:7, says, “By the word of truth, by the power of God, by the armour of righteousness on the right hand and on the left.” David said in Psalms 43:3, “O send out thy light and thy truth: let them lead me; let them bring me unto thy holy hill, and to thy tabernacles.” There is no half lie or white lie in the Kingdom of God. Giving someone one part of the story, the nice part, but keeping back the bad part is also a lie because it gives the person a wrong impression. 3 John 1:3, “For I rejoiced greatly, when the brethren came and testified of the truth that is in thee, even as thou walkest in the truth.”
THE BREASTPLATE OF RIGHTEOUSNESS
This is a piece of the Armour that is greatly important, and without which a man cannot survive the battle of warfare. This Armour protects the heart. If we look at the bulletproof vest, it always protects the heart area as the chest Armour.
Righteousness mean doing things the right way at all times. 1 John 3:7 says, “Little children, let no man deceive you: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous.”
This virtue is generated in the heart of man. Proverbs 4:23, “Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.” Titus 2:12 says, “we should live soberly, righteously and godly, in this present world:” If we do so the bible says in Isaiah 11:5, “righteousness shall be the gird of his loins…”
One cannot walk in unrighteousness and expect to have an Armour of righteousness. Righteousness is a life style that has to be accomplished by discipline and character prompted by the Word of God. When you are walking right before God it defends you from the wild of the enemy.
Note: The righteousness mentioned here is not the righteousness of Jesus by which we are saved, but it is the lifestyle that we display on an everyday bases. This righteousness does not sanctify you, nor justify you, but is only the fruit of who you are in Christ.
FOOT SHOD WITH THE GOSPEL OF PEACE.
Gospel means good news. Therefore, the Gospel of Peace is the Good News of the Peace of God which is towards all men of Good will.
There are different titles given to the term “Gospel” in the Bible:
Act_20:24 gospel of the grace of God.
Gal_2:7 gospel of the uncircumcision
Eph_1:13 gospel of your salvation:
Eph_6:15 gospel of peace
Mat_9:35 gospel of the kingdom,
Rom_15:16 gospel of God,
Rom_15:19 gospel of Christ
All these are referring to One Message, the Good News of Almighty God to man. Nevertheless,
the term “Peace or Gospel of Peace” is general in all senses and is not limited to just the Good News of the Death, Burial and Resurrection of Christ as some people think but it’s referring to divine Peace itself; the fulness of the package of Peace. Luke 2:14 Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.
The first preaching of Peace is “Peace With God”. Rom_5:1.
Our Second preaching of Peace is “Inner Peace”, Php_4:7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
Our third preaching of Peace is “Peace towards man”. Romans 12:18, “live peaceably with all men”, also, Rom_14:19 Let us therefore follow after the things which make for peace, and things wherewith one may edify another.
We as Christians must always have the gospel of peace in preparation, being ready to execute peace towards all men. God says in Isaiah 52:7, “How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that bringeth good tidings, that publisheth peace, that bringeth good tidings of good, that publisheth salvation; that say unto Zion, Thy God reigneth!”
Having your feet shod with the preparation of Gospel of peace means being prepared to spread the Peace of God in its entirety.
This is the Gospel of Christ, the peace of God that passes all understanding that have been made available to all men, giving rest from terrors of sin and a troubled soul.

The shield of faith is the most vital and defensive part of the entire Armour, why? It shields. Now let us look at a profound truth here. If a soldier has the whole Armour suited on him, which is suppose to protect him, why does he need of a shield? Isn’t the Armor tough enough to protect him?
In God, everything responds to faith. Absolutely, nothing can be obtain in the spirit without faith, including the Armour. You cannot have the Helmet of Salvation, Breastplate of Righteousness, Belt of Truth, Shoes of peace, nor the Sword of the Spirit without faith. Also, one cannot walk in doubt and expect to have the shield of Faith. That’s why faith is used so much in the bible; “have faith”...”whatever you ask in faith”,” a prayer of faith”.
This means that all other part of the amour is still under the reliance and protection of the Shield of Faith in Jesus Christ. Faith ensures the maintenance of the other pieces of Armour. You must have faith because Romans 14:23, “for whatsoever is not of faith is sin.”
Only the constant studying of the Word of God will strengthen our faith, for lack of the word will cause lack of faith, which will weaken our shield. Hebrew 4:2 says, “For unto us was the gospel preached, as well as unto them, but the word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard it.” This is clear that if we hear the word and add no faith to it, then it profits us nothing.
