THE MYSTERY OF IMPARTATION & ANOINTING TRANSFER
The Anointing and Mantles of God are imparted to human vessels through six (6) divine channels:

DIFFERENT IMPARTATIONS OF ANOINTINGS
Many Christians think that being a Christian or professing the faith of regeneration automatically equips them with the authority and power to function in any and all ministerial arenas.
They do not realize that the Anointing is given in different phases, on different dimensional plains and is tied to times and seasons, and is allocated to specific individuals based on the grace given.
PERSONAL ANOINTINGS
This anointing is imparted only by the Holy Spirit of regeneration for spiritual safety, spiritual connections and transmissions and is the mark of spiritual life.
Anointing for the working of spiritual gifts i.e., prophecy, miracles etc., does not authorize the Christian to enter Ministerial offices of the Five-Fold Ministry.
Salvation is the first step, but after salvation there are many spiritual levels and anointings that must be attained in order to reach the level of “a Man of God”. [Note: not all faithful Christian servants are men or women of God].
- THE ANOINTING OF REGENERATION
This anointing is imparted only by the Holy Spirit of regeneration for spiritual safety, spiritual connections and transmissions and is the mark of spiritual life.
- THE ANOINTING FOR SPIRITUAL GIFTS
Anointing for the working of spiritual gifts i.e., prophecy, miracles etc., does not authorize the Christian to enter Ministerial offices of the Five-Fold Ministry.
Salvation is the first step, but after salvation there are many spiritual levels and anointings that must be attained in order to reach the level of “a Man of God”. [Note: not all faithful Christian servants are men or women of God].
CHANNELS OF MINISTRY & ADMINISTRATIVE ANOINTINGS
According to Scriptural evidence, the Ministerial Mantles of the Apostolic Ministry can be received through two channels:
HOW APOSTLES ARE ORDAINED - All ministries of the Saints are imparted by the Apostles through ordination, except for the ministry of Apostleship. The anointing for the Office of the Apostle is the highest office in the Administration and is the only mantle that cannot be placed upon a person through a human vessel. In other words, an Apostle cannot be ordained in the Apostle's office by another Apostle or anybody else. The ordination of an Apostle is reserved only for ministration of Heaven, Christ himself being the High Priest and holder of the vials of ordination. Note, there are true Apostles who were anointed by Christ personally and there are man-made Apostles who were ordained by fellow church leaders. [SEE HOW TRUE APOSTLES ARE ANOINTED - CLICK HERE]
DIVINE ORDER - RIGHT & WRONG WAY TO ORDAIN A MAN/WOMAN OF GOD
The Office of the Apostle is the highest office in the Administration and all other mantles are extensions of this Office.
Note, the protocol for Ministerial anointings is that it passes through a chain of Command; from a higher carrier [the Apostles] to the one who is chosen to be a recipient.
When an impartation is given through ordination it is always an extension of what is already on the Man of God’s life because he/she is endowed with the mantle and authorization to impart it.
This means, to function in any of the Offices of the Apostolic ministry, you must be imparted with this grace from a man or woman of God who is endowed and authorized to give it.
This is what I call impartation by ordination.
Many local Pastors and ministerial leaders have ignorantly anointed people into the Offices of the Five-Fold Ministry without having the mantle and authorization to do so.
The Office of the Pastor, the Evangelist, the Teacher, the Deacon, the Bishop etc., are all carriers of their respective mantles that were given in correlation to their Offices. However, it is the Apostles who are authorized and endowed with power to ordain the Saints into ministerial offices.
Also, the impartation of the mantles of the Apostolic Ministry cannot come from a secondary beneficiary. For example, a servant who was anointed as an Evangelist, and holds only the Office of an Evangelist cannot impart this Mantle of the office of the Evangelist to another person. Neither can a Pastor ordain someone in any of the Offices of the administrative functions.
An Evangelist or Pastor or Bishop cannot impart their mantles to another, except if he be an Apostle. Why only the Apostles?
Apostles carry all the ministerial Mantles of Christ, all the functions of the Administration of God, and all the Gifts of the Holy Spirit upon them. This is ordained so because they are the vessels appointed to establish the Church and its functions.
HOW PROPHETS ARE ORDAINED - In the Old testament, kings, priests, and prophets were the three ministries which functioned in an office by ordination. However, only the kings and priests received their ministerial offices through an anointing invoked by pouring oil upon their heads by a Prophet.
The Prophets on the other hand receive their ordination directly by God [SAMUEL - 1Sam 3:19-20; MOSES - Deut 34:10; JEREMIAH - Jeremiah 1:5; ABRAHAM - Gen 20:7; DAVID - Acts 2:29-30; AARON - Exo 7:1], except for Elisha who received his office by impartation from another Prophet.
There are also "the Bands of Prophets", who are called "the sons of the Prophets". These being prophets themselves received their prophetic mantles through inheritance; hence, they are called the sons [descendants] of the prophets. [SEE SONS OF THE PROPHETS]
In the New Testament, Prophets were still being ordained without being anointed through human vessels e.g. the four daughters of Philip. Act 21:8-9, "...and we entered into the house of Philip the evangelist,.... And the same man had four daughters, virgins, which did prophesy". However, it became an ecclesiastical practice to ordain prophets by laying on of hands and Oil.
- I Will Take Of The Spirit, Which Is Upon Thee
Another way of receiving the Anointing and mantle is by God Himself taking an extension of the mantle of a man of God and placing it upon a servant, who will then begin to function in that same capacity and influence.
In Numbers 11:17, “And I will come down and talk with thee there: and I will take of the spirit, which is upon thee, and will put it upon them;” Vs.25, “And the LORD came down in a cloud, and spake unto him, and took of the spirit that was upon him, and gave it unto the seventy elders: and it came to pass, that, when the spirit rested upon them, they prophesied, and did not cease.”
Num 11:27-29 Eldad and Medad stayed in their tents and became prophets.
IMPARTATION BY INHERITANCE
When a Servant of God is endowed with a specific anointing and brings forth a Child, it is likely that this child would inherit the father’s anointings. Hence, the term “son of a prophet” or “son of a pastor” is used to donate the notion that the son is influenced by the father’s virtues.
All ministers bring forth after their kind. A Prophet brings forth the sons of the Prophet; Pastors bring forth the sons of the Pastors; Teachers bring forth the Sons of the Teachers; Evangelists bring forth the sons of Evangelists; Apostles bring forth the sons of the Apostles, though there may be multiple graces of anointing in the bloodline.
In many bloodlines, a specific anointing of God is given as a generation inheritance. This anointing would pass on from father to the son, though it may skip a descendant, it will nonetheless be found throughout the generation.
Some family’s bloodline would be prophetic, while some may be pastoral and others musical etc. This is seen clearly in Zechariah 1:7 “…came the word of the LORD unto Zechariah, the son of Berechiah, the son of Iddo the prophet, saying…,”
Note, even if the father or mother is not operating in a specific ministry, if there is a string of that anointing in the Bloodline, their son or grandchildren may receive it; e.g. the four daughters of Philip. Act 21:8-9, "...and we entered into the house of Philip the evangelist,... And the same man had four daughters, virgins, which did prophesy". Philip was not a prophet, but the prophetic was in his blood.
If a Teacher brings forth a Prophet; it is because there was a string of the Prophetic grace in the bloodline of that Teacher.
Generational anointings are seen throughout the Old and New Testament.
2Ch 6:16, “Now therefore, O LORD God of Israel, keep with thy servant David my father that which thou hast promised him, saying, there shall not fail thee a man in my sight to sit upon the throne of Israel; yet so that thy children take heed to their way to walk in my law, as thou hast walked before me."
IMPARTATION BY SERVANTHOOD
Servanthood is one of the ways many people received the anointing. There is a principle by which servanthood makes a person become a recipient of the grace by which the man of God operates.
We see this clearly in 2Kings 2:15, “The spirit of Elijah doth rest on Elisha…”. Servanthood with humility is identified as the root cause in 2Kings 3:11, “Elisha the son of Shaphat is here, who poured water on the hands of Elijah.”
Joshua was a servant to Moses [Num 11:28, “And Joshua the son of Nun, the servant of Moses,”] and became beneficiary of his anointing [Joshua Ch 1].
Elisha was a servant to Elijah [2Ki 3:11, Here is Elisha the son of Shaphat, which poured water on the hands of Elijah] and became beneficiary of his anointing [2Ki 2:15, “And when the sons of the prophets which were to view at Jericho saw him, they said, The spirit of Elijah doth rest on Elisha.”]
Honoring the dimension upon a person's life makes you a partaker of that same grace. That tangible and transferrable anointing would begin to flow down as your yieldedness makes you susceptible to their influence and energy.
Whenever you serve a man of God, there is always a grace attacked to it according to Jesus in Mat 10:41, “He who receives a prophet in the name of a prophet shall receive a prophet's reward. And he who receives a just one in the name of a just one will receive a just one's reward.”
The term “receive” donates acceptance of the office which the man of God holds and honoring this grace; as in the case of Elisha and the Shunammite Woman [2Kings 4].
Many people say they are not working for men, and they are not serving a man but are serving only God. How wrong and ignorant is this statement!
Joshua was not called a servant of God until Moses was dead and he took over the mantle of leadership with subordinates. Before leadership, he was called a Servant of Moses – [Num 11:28, “And Joshua the son of Nun, the servant of Moses,”]
When God place a dimension upon a person’s life, there is a grace that comes when we honour this dimension of grace. But there is also a judgment when we despise this dimension of grace.
We do not serve man as an earthen vessel, but when we submit to serve a man of God, we are honoring the dimension upon this person.
FUNCTIONING OF THE ANOINTING
The manifestations of anointings in your life depends on the level of grace bestowed upon you.
According to the calling and ministry given to a person’s life, a level of grace and faith is allocated to this person. Your capacity depends on your ministry and your potential is in proportion to your capacity.
In each grace given, several resources are made available to the servant of God.
There is a specific limit of blessings given to each man, and he cannot go beyond that unless God override his bound. Jabez knew this, therefor, even if he knew that he was allocated a certain size border, he asked God to enlarge his borders.
All what is allocated to us which pertains unto life and godliness is printed in our Master plan before birth. We will all have access to our allocated capacity of strength, faith, grace, and influence based on our depth in God; for God is the one who brings out our potential.
