THE 13 PROSPERITY GATES OF PSALMS 23
Within Psalms 23, there are 13 Gates of Prosperity. The foundation of the First Gate is the Name of God- Yahuah-Rohi or (Yahovah-Rohi)
YHVH IS MY SHEPHERD
First, we have to acknowledge God as Shepherd and we have to know His name - YHVH (Yahuah) Rohi. Psalm 91:14, "I will set him on high, because he hath known my name".
Rohi means "to feed" or "lead to green pastures".
Isaiah:52:6, "Therefore my people shall know my name"
I SHALL NOT WANT
When you know your God you will know that he is “EH-HEH-Y-HEH”
In Exodus 3 it says, "And Elohei, said unto Moshe (Moses), Eh-heh-y-heh Asher Eh-heh-y-heh.
And He said, Thus shalt thou say unto the B’nei Yisroel, (children of Israel) Eh-heh-y-heh hath sent me unto you."
EH-HEH-Y-HEH means "I will be what I will be"; from the verb AHAYAH
HE MAKES ME TO LIE DOWN IN GREEN PASTURES
Lie down means to rest in the Shalom of God; in his provision. Green pastures means ever flourishing supply of your needs.
LEADETH ME BESIDES STILL WATERS
What does still waters mean? Does it mean water that is not running? Water that is not running (still water) is stagnant water and therefore stinks.
Therefore, we know that the word "still waters" in Psalms 23 means Quiet waters, peaceful waters- it is not troubled; there is no turbulence in this water.
Why still waters? Sheep do not drink in troubled water.
This water is the Water of Life that will fulfil your thirsty soul.
HE RESTORES MY SOUL
Restauration comes after drinking from this quiet waters. When Jesus wanted to give the Adulterous woman water …
HE LEADERS ME IN THE PATH OF RIGHTEOUSNESS FOR HIS NAME SAKE.
What name? Yahuah-Rohi (Yah my Shepherd).
Because of that name, He leads us to righteousness.
THOUGH I GO THROUGH THE VALLEY OF SHADOW OF DEATH; THERE'S NO FEAR.
This is a place in Israel between mountains.
YOUR ROD AND STAFF COMFORTS ME
A rod and a staff are not the same.
A "Staff" is a long pole use for climbing, walking, and defending one's self. It is used by shepherds to fight off wild animals.
It's a symbol of authority.
A "Rod" is pole that is used for correction, discipline and is a symbol of power.
Comfort means to strengthens.
HE PREPARED A TABLE BEFORE ME IN FRONT MY ENEMIES
What the enemies do not realize, every time they attack you, there is a Table of provision made for you.
Most of us run away our enemies, but our enemies are the scapegoats [so to speak]; a means by which provision comes.
When your blessings come, your enemies suppose to be present so they can see and look and wonder at your blessings; hence, the scriptures say, “in the presence of YOUR enemies”.
1. YOU GET BLESSED WHILE THEY WATCH-
Psalm 23:5, "You prepare a banquet for me, where all my enemies can see me".
2. THEY GET JUDGED WHILE THE YOU WATCH-
Psalm 91:8, "Only observe it with your eyes, and you will see how the wicked are paid back."
This is what I call a reverse recompense mechanism.
When ever the enemies attack you, you have to look for that table to manifestation.
HE ANOINTS MY HEAD WITH OIL
This is called a Fresh anointing OR Fresh Oil -(Psalm 92:10).
This anointing is for daily renewal.
Ecclesiastes 9:8, "and let thy head lack no oil".
What anointing is involved upon the head?
Anointing for Ordination (Lev 8:12)
Anointing for Beautification- (Ruth 3:3)
Anointing for Joy (Isaiah 61:3)- also Called "Oil of Gladness"- (Psalms 45:7).
Anointing for Purification-
This Anointing is the Dew Time Anointing- It comes like and with the Dew from heaven.
Psalm 133
As the dew of Hermon, and as the dew that descended upon the mountains of Zion: for there the LORD commanded the blessing, even life for evermore.
MY CUP RUNS OVER
This is important. All humans have two cups:
- The Cup of Iniquity.
- The Cup of Salvation aka Cup of Righteousness or Cup of the Lord.
Nevertheless, "My Cup" means the spiritual capacity of the spirit that is endowed with a level of grace to hold the blessings of Righteousness.
When this is filled, the anointing flows down to your Soul. If your spirit is not filled to overflowing, your soul will be dry.
But when it flows to your Soul, your soul will be filled also. If you allows your soul to be filled to overflow, then this Oil will flow to your body.
When your body is filled, then the anointing will overflow from your body and flow around you.
This is where your body becomes anointed and filled with Oil (Power).
When people come around you they will be healed. That's why the body has to be clean to hold the anointing; but if the body is unclean and that anointing comes in the body, then it will destroy the body.
SURELY GOODNESS AND MERCY WILL FOLLOW
This is the result of being in the Green Pastures and drinking from the still waters, and having your head anointed with fresh Oil.
I WILL DWELL IN GOD'S HOUSE FOREVER
This means you will become a servant of His Temple. You will dwell there.
This is where Psalms 91:1 come to reality and the chapter is activated in your life.
Salvation is the reward.
